  • Phone number (optional)

2.2 Business data (for website generation):

  • Business name, address, ID, category, service description, photos and logos

2.3 Payment data:

  • Billing information and payment history
  • Payment details are processed by Stripe -- we do not store card numbers

2.4 Technical data:

  • IP address, device and browser information
  • Cookies (see Cookie Policy)
  • Activity logs, error tracking telemetry
  • Anonymized traffic data (completely cookie-free)

3. Purpose of Data Processing

We process your data for: providing services, payment processing, communication, service improvement, and legal obligations.

  • Contract: For providing services under the terms of service
  • Consent: For marketing communications
  • Legitimate interest: For service improvement and security
  • Legal obligation: For accounting and taxes

5. Sharing Data with Third Parties

We share your data only to the necessary extent with: Stripe (payments), Google Cloud (hosting), Cloudflare (DNS/CDN), Anthropic Claude AI (content generation), Sentry (error tracking).

6. Data Retention

  • Account data: Duration of account + 3 years after deletion
  • Payment data: 10 years (accounting obligations)
  • Logs and analytics: 12 months
  • Backups: 30 days

7. Your Rights

You have the right to: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and filing a complaint with a supervisory authority.
