Sitely is a studio in Prague. They build custom websites, web applications, and mobile applications — and operate them.
You see the design before anything is built. We only start the build once you approve it.
What We Do
We build websites, web applications, and mobile apps to order for businesses. Most of our completed work isn't just presentations—it's software used daily by people in their jobs.
How It Works
We gather your requirements once. Within a short time, you'll see actual screens, not wireframes. You tell us what's wrong, we revise the design and show it again. We only start development once the design is approved—this is why nothing needs to be redone.
Review cycles are unlimited and free of charge, as long as the original requirements don't change.
After Launch
We deliver websites and applications with an admin interface, allowing you to manage content yourself. Ongoing operations—hosting, backups, email, analytics—are provided as paid services, which you can customize based on your needs.
How we do it differently
Most of the time in project work is spent approving something no one has seen yet. We're flipping that.
- No long investigations
- We're not running weeks of workshops before you see anything. You just need to know what you're doing, who you're selling to, and what the website or app needs to do. The rest will become clear during the design phase.
- You see the design immediately
- Instead of a description, you get a finished page. You're making decisions about something tangible — not a paragraph about how it might look someday.
- We're rewriting until it fits
- We don't charge for revisions and they are unlimited in number. The design and its revisions are included in the price as long as the original brief doesn't change.
- We build only after approval
- The code will start being created once you approve the design. If the scope changes during the process — a new feature, a different product — it is quoted separately, and you will know this in advance.
In addition to the build, we also handle operations
A finished website is just the beginning, not the end. We operate our own administration at cms.sitely.cz — a place where you have your website, its content, and its traffic all together. You don't need to log in to four different tools and piece the numbers together yourself.
Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads are connected to a single login. In addition, hosting, domain and certificate, database with daily backups, form email sending, and multilingual versions are running — depending on what the project requires.
Paid service It consists of only what the project really needs.

You manage the website content yourself
You change texts, photos, prices, and pages in the same administration where you see the numbers. Without us and without waiting.
What fits in a studio of this size — and what doesn't
We'd rather say it earlier, before signing. Some contracts work out well with us, others would work out worse with us than elsewhere.
Sits us
- Projects where decisions are made by one or two people on your side — and the decision is made that day, not at the next meeting.
- A website or application built by one team from initial design through to launch.
- An internal tool designed to save manual work. Even a small one; even one that will be seen by ten people in the company.
- Redesigning a website that is no longer sufficient—whether in content, performance, or management.
- Long-term operation of one project, not delivery and goodbye.
It doesn't suit us
- Supplementing capacity for a large internal team where design and architecture are already defined, and only manpower is needed.
- A brief that starts with extensive documentation and months of approvals before anything is even allowed to be drawn.
- Taking over foreign code for which no one has documentation or the original team.
- Independent graphic work without the build — logo, print materials, social media management.
- Simultaneous handling of multiple orders. We take as many as we can handle without waiting in line.
We are building the mobile app. We won't show you the finished one yet.
It's a service we offer, but among our completed projects, there isn't a mobile application yet. If you need a reference specifically for this, we'll say so outright—and we won't pretend that we have one.

Describe what you do, who you're selling to, and what your website or app should be able to do. We won't send you a twenty-page questionnaire—we'll send you a design that shows clearly what works and what doesn't.
