When will the build start?

Only after the design has been approved. Until you see the design and confirm it's correct, no code will be written. We don't want to build against a specification that no one has reviewed in its designed form—this is the most expensive way to find out we misunderstood each other. Before approval, we change the design, not the partially built thing.

How many feedback on the design do I have?

As many as needed. Design and iterations are included in the price, as long as the requirements don't change—rounds aren't counted or charged. That's the whole point of this process: arguments happen over a design that can be easily changed, not over a partially built product where changes are no longer easy. Even if on the tenth round it turns out that it should look different, it's still the cheaper option.

What if we change our minds halfway about what we want?

This happens and is not a problem in itself. However, when new features are added or when it results in a different product than we originally agreed upon, it is quoted separately. We'll let you know as soon as it becomes clear that this is a change in scope—not at the end on the invoice. Then you can decide whether it belongs in the project now or at a later time.

What happens after starting?

We deliver the website or application with an administration interface where you manage the content yourself — texts, photos, prices, pages. You access it at cms.sitely.cz, where you can also view your website's traffic statistics. Operation — hosting, databases with backups, mailing, integration with Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads — is a paid service composed of exactly what you actually need. Delivery marks the end of the project; ongoing operation is a separate agreement, not an automatic commitment.

We don't run workshops. You describe the project once, then watch it change.

No full-day sessions, no discovery phase, no document we want you to write. The brief comes once. From that moment, we work and you review the design, which changes with every single one of your feedback.

We take your project brief once and in one form only. Either you fill out the form, or we'll have a single call and write it down for you. A second meeting to clarify the brief isn't necessary—that's what the feedback loop is for.

Form

List what you need and attach what you have. It's useful when you want to have the request clearly written down and send it later when you have time.

One call

You describe it in your own words, and we'll write down the brief from that. It's useful when the project is difficult to describe in form fields.

What we need from you

None of this needs to be finished or perfect. We'll add missing texts and photos during the build.

What does the company do for a living: And who is selling this to whom? Just a few sentences, not a presentation.
What should the project be able to do: Whether the website is just to represent the company, or to calculate something, accept orders, and manage data.
New project or renovation: For redesigns, please send the address of the existing website. We'll take a look at it ourselves.
The materials you have: Logo, photos, texts, price list. What you don't have, we'll solve along the way.
Who will manage it: Based on this, we build the administration that you will receive upon handover.

When the loop ends, only then will the build begin

Until the design fits, we don't write code. This means nothing gets rebuilt because you first see the page only when it's finished — and you don't pay for work that ended up in the trash.

It is built only after the approved design.

Wheelchair reviews are not charged

Design and design iterations are included in the price, as long as the project brief does not change. The number of rounds is unlimited and no one counts them.

Scope changes are quoted separately

When new features are added or the product we agreed on changes during the process, we quote it separately. You'll know this in advance, not only on the invoice.

We hand over websites and applications with administration. It's not just a preview of our work — it's a tool you log into and use to change content without us. Handover is the end of the project, not the beginning of dependency.

Administration for your content

Texts, photos, prices, pages, articles. The things that are routinely changed on the website, you change yourself and you don't need to write to us about it.

Operation is a paid service

Hosting, domain, daily backups, mailing, multilingual version, administration, integration of analytics tools. You choose what you need, and the price is part of the offer — not an estimate after launch.
