Email on your own domain,
not on a free email service
The customer sees the address before they read what you're offering. The same message sent from info@vasefirma.cz and from vasefirma.praha@seznam.cz carries a different level of trust—one looks like a business, the other like an ad. The domain you already have for your website can also carry your email.
What is it made of
Corporate email isn't one service, but four things that must fit together. Three of them the customer never sees—and yet they decide whether their message will arrive.
- Domain
- The same one on which the website is hosted. You don't need a second one — the email address is created on the domain you're already paying for.
- DNS records
- MX specifies where mail for the domain is delivered. SPF, DKIM, and DMARC tell receiving servers who is allowed to send mail on behalf of the domain and how to verify it. They are configured once, at the domain level, not in the email client.
- Mailboxes
- Addresses for people and addresses for roles — info@, objednavky@, fakturace@. How they are divided depends on how the company operates, not on some predefined package.
- Deliverability
- It doesn't matter how the message is written, but whether the records match. If one is missing or contradicts another, the email ends up in spam—or is returned to the sender.
We run it as an operation, not as another product
Domain, DNS, and outgoing email are part of what runs around the website each month. We set up records, monitor their validity, and whenever something changes—new form, new sender, website migration—we review them again. Corporate email isn't ordered separately; it's included within these operational items.

Prices marked as "from" depend on the scale of operations — more emails sent and more visits cost more. The exact amount is part of the quote, not an estimate after launch.
A wrongly set up mail
is recognized only by the silence
The sender does not see that something failed. The error appears on the other end — with the customer who received nothing.
The mail ends up in spam
The message is sent, and in the sent mail, everything appears to be in order, with nothing indicating that it lies in a folder the recipient opens once a month. Missing or incomplete SPF and DKIM are the most common reasons.
Domain from which sending is not possible
The records remained with the previous provider, or do these two contradict each other? The email bounces directly on the recipient's server and returns a message that no one in the company understands.
Order confirmation that did not arrive
The most expensive option. The customer paid but received nothing — they write, call, or immediately file a complaint about the order. The website was working; only the sending failed.
All three cases have the same root: records at the domain. That's why we check them at startup and every time something changes on the website that sends mail.
Two ways to get there
New project
We build a website or application to order. We set up the domain, records, and outgoing mail right from the start, so the first order will be sent from the correct address.
Describe the projectRedesign the existing website
Send the address of the website that is already running. We'll check it along with the domain records and let you know what needs to be adjusted so that email goes where it should.
