Who provides the service

What you are ordering

A website, web application or mobile application, built to order, according to what we agree in the brief. The exact scope for a given project — what is included and what is not — is always part of that project's own quote. These terms describe how that quote and the result are arrived at, not what any one project includes.

How a project runs

You tell us what the website or application needs to do. We design it, you see real screens (not a wireframe), you say what's wrong, and the design is rewritten. That repeats until the design is right — only then does building start.

1. Design — You see real screens, not a description of what might be there.
2. Feedback — You say what's wrong. A sentence is enough.
3. Revision — The design is rewritten and shown again, in full.
4. Again — Repeated as many times as needed.

Design and feedback are included in the price for as long as the brief stays the same. Rounds of feedback are not billed and are not limited in number.

If the scope changes during the project — new features, or a different product than what was agreed — that is quoted separately and you know about it in advance, not on the invoice. Building only starts once a design has been approved.

Payment

Paid in two instalments: half at the start, half at launch. The exact amount comes from the quote, not from what shows up after launch.
