Based on scope, not on per-item pricing. A website starts at €250; web and mobile applications are priced to the brief. The exact amount is part of a written quote, not an estimate upon initiation.

You don't need to. Just a sentence about what the thing should do and for whom. The scope will be defined later in the proposal; that's not the work you should be doing. If anything important is missing, we'll ask via email. Once, not five times.

In two installments: half upon commencement, half upon launch. No interim invoices for individual steps in between. The price stated in the offer you approved will be charged.

Rounds aren't counted. The design and the work on it are included in the price as long as the brief doesn't change, and feedback is free. Development starts only after you approve the design. If a new feature comes up in the feedback, it is no longer feedback but a change to the brief.

It happens and it's not a problem. New features or a different product than the one we agreed on are charged separately. We'll let you know in advance, before any work starts, not at the end in the final invoice. Then you can decide whether you want it now or if it can wait.

Yes, it's one of two ways to get started. Either you're building a new website or app, or you send us the address of the existing one. We'll take a look at it and let you know what could be done with it. Just include the address and a sentence about what bothers you about it in the message.

Sitely is run by Nichita Roilean, a self-employed sole trader registered in the Czech trade licence register (company registration number IČO 22389032, tax ID DIČ CZ0212231877). Registered seat: Petržílkova 2705/32, 158 00 Prague, Czech Republic. The studio is in Prague and works with clients anywhere. Business hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00.
