A three-language website for a Prague freight forwarder and an internal system in which the company runs its fleet, its drivers and its Telegram contact with them.
What we built
EVEREST Solutions is a Prague freight forwarder that moves cargo by truck and van across the Czech Republic and the European Union. For the company we built the public website and an internal system for running its fleet.
The ev-sol.cz website
The website is in three languages: Czech, English and Russian. It describes the types of transport — full truckloads, groupage, ADR dangerous goods, steel coils, express runs and oversized cargo — and the countries and cities the company serves, and it has a blog with articles about transport. The pages carry structured data for search engines, a sitemap and an RSS feed. Enquiries, driver applications and interest in the upcoming Cargoguid freight exchange come in through forms. Retired addresses are permanently redirected so that no empty pages linger in search results. Since the first version in 2024 we have rebuilt the site twice, most recently in July 2026.
The internal fleet system
The admin panel at admin.ev-sol.cz is open only to employees, after logging in:
- an overview of operations, revenue and active drivers, period comparisons, a morning summary and alerts about deviations from the usual,
- drivers, cars, car rentals, wraps and vehicle documents,
- trips on a map and a heatmap,
- e-mail alerts about drivers who have not driven for a while.
Data arrives in the system on its own: trips and driver status from connected platforms, vehicle locations from a GPS system, vehicle documents and payslips from the company's file storage. Statements can also be uploaded as CSV.
The system includes a Telegram bot for drivers in five languages. It answers questions from a knowledge base and passes on what it does not know to the office. It sends drivers their car documents, payslips and links to a vehicle inspection or a handover report. The driver fills in a form on the phone, adds photos and a signature, and the system turns them into a PDF. The office manages the knowledge base, bulk messages and surveys directly in the admin panel.

Publishing or changing is a click in the administration, not a new version of the website.
On our side, we maintain operations — hosting, databases with backups, and email distribution. It's a paid service, and clients choose what they need from it.

- How much does such a project cost?
The price depends on the scope, not on a per-item price list. Websites start at CZK 39,000. For web applications, the range is intentionally broad — a small internal tool starts at CZK 5,000, a larger system at CZK 149,000, because these are not comparable things. Mobile applications start at CZK 199,000. We provide a specific amount once we know what the project should do.
Pricing for projects and operations- Who manages the content after handover?
Client. Everything is managed through the administration at cms.sitely.cz, where the client handles the content independently and simultaneously views their website's traffic. Integration with Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads is part of this administration. Publishing or making changes requires just a click in the administration, not a new website version.
- What remains up to you?
Operation. Hosting, domain, and certificate from CZK 290 per month, database and daily backups from CZK 290 per month, mailing from CZK 190 per month, administration CZK 490 per month. It's a paid service, and the client selects only what they need. Everything together starts at CZK 1,290 per month.
- How is such a requirement reached?
It starts with a design. The design is drawn, presented, and revised repeatedly until it fits—review cycles are included at no extra cost, as long as the original brief remains unchanged, and we don't charge for them. Work begins only after the design has been approved. If the scope changes during the process, this is quoted separately, and the client is informed in advance.
- Can we have our existing website redesigned?
Yes, it's one of the two ways you can approach us. Just send the address of your current website and we'll take a look at it. We'll tell you what can be kept, what needs to be rebuilt, and what would be resolved by doing so. Only then do you decide.
