Lucky Autoservis
A two-language website for a car service, with online booking, service price lists and content in a CMS.
What we built
Lucky Autoservis is a car service in Prague 5. We have developed and run its website lucky-auto.cz since autumn 2024. It has grown from a first presentation into a site with online booking, price lists, two language versions and a content management system.
Booking with a name and a phone number
We simplified the form so that two details are enough. The customer picks a service, or chooses “I don't know — advise me”, and says when suits them: as soon as possible, this week, or a specific working day in the calendar. Based on the opening hours, the form shows by when the service will call back. A note and the VIN are optional. The service always receives the booking by e-mail in Czech, even when the customer sent it from the Russian version. Anyone who would rather not fill in the form can call or write on WhatsApp.
Services, prices and advice
Every service has its own page with the procedure, frequent questions and a price list. The services overview puts all price lists in one place. Brand and model pages describe servicing for specific cars. A blog with maintenance advice comes out in Czech and Russian, like the whole site. Businesses have their own page with discounts.
Content in a CMS
Page texts, articles, price lists and contact details live in the Sitely CMS. Changes are prepared as drafts on a staging version of the site and reach the live site only when published.
Measurement and search engines
We measure the path to a booking with a tool that sets no cookies. Sent bookings and clicks on the phone number and WhatsApp are reported for advertising only after the visitor consents to cookies. The pages have structured data and linked language versions, the articles have an RSS feed, and the site offers an llms.txt file for AI search engines.

We run the site on our own infrastructure. Every deployment checks that the public address really serves the new version.

Publishing or changing is a click in the administration, not a new version of the website.
On our side, we maintain operations — hosting, databases with backups, and email distribution. It's a paid service, and clients choose what they need from it.
What do you ask about a similar project

- How much does such a project cost?
The price depends on the scope, not on a per-item price list. Websites start at CZK 39,000. For web applications, the range is intentionally broad — a small internal tool starts at CZK 5,000, a larger system at CZK 149,000, because these are not comparable things. Mobile applications start at CZK 199,000. We provide a specific amount once we know what the project should do.
Pricing for projects and operations- Who manages the content after handover?
Client. Everything is managed through the administration at cms.sitely.cz, where the client handles the content independently and simultaneously views their website's traffic. Integration with Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads is part of this administration. Publishing or making changes requires just a click in the administration, not a new website version.
- What remains up to you?
Operation. Hosting, domain, and certificate from CZK 290 per month, database and daily backups from CZK 290 per month, mailing from CZK 190 per month, administration CZK 490 per month. It's a paid service, and the client selects only what they need. Everything together starts at CZK 1,290 per month.
- How is such a requirement reached?
It starts with a design. The design is drawn, presented, and revised repeatedly until it fits—review cycles are included at no extra cost, as long as the original brief remains unchanged, and we don't charge for them. Work begins only after the design has been approved. If the scope changes during the process, this is quoted separately, and the client is informed in advance.
- Can we have our existing website redesigned?
Yes, it's one of the two ways you can approach us. Just send the address of your current website and we'll take a look at it. We'll tell you what can be kept, what needs to be rebuilt, and what would be resolved by doing so. Only then do you decide.
