Niro 3D
Our own custom 3D printing shop: the customer uploads a model, sees the price and a 3D preview straight away, and pays online.
What we built
Niro3D is online 3D printing from Prague, and it is our own project. The customer uploads a 3D model and sees the price straight away, with no enquiry and no waiting for a reply.
A price from the uploaded model
The site accepts STL, 3MF, OBJ and STEP files. Every file goes through automatic processing on our servers: the model is sliced, the price is calculated from the material weight and the print time, the file is converted for a 3D preview in the browser, and preview images are rendered. The customer can look at the model from every side, choose the material and colour, adjust the size and add it to the cart. When a model obviously has the wrong units, centimetres instead of millimetres for example, the system notices and offers a fix.
The shop
Besides printing customers' own models, the site sells a catalogue of ready-made products with categories, search and reviews from verified customers. A name keychain is designed in a configurator with a live 3D preview. Payment is by card through Stripe in Czech crowns or euros, with volume discounts and discount codes. Buying works without an account; in the customer account people track orders, download invoices and repeat an earlier order. The site is in Czech and English.
Administration
The business runs in a separate admin panel: orders and their status, Packeta shipments with labels and tracking, invoices, products and variants, materials and colours, and discounts. Businesses receive quotes as a link where they see a 3D preview of every part and its price.
Content and search engines
Page texts, the blog, service pages and legal texts are edited in the CMS, without touching the code. The site generates its own sitemap and product feeds for price comparison sites.
We started building the application in December 2025. Since February 2026 it has run at niro3d.cz in place of the original 2024 presentation site.

Publishing or changing is a click in the administration, not a new version of the website.
On our side, we maintain operations — hosting, databases with backups, and email distribution. It's a paid service, and clients choose what they need from it.

- How much does such a project cost?
The price depends on the scope, not on a per-item price list. Websites start at CZK 39,000. For web applications, the range is intentionally broad — a small internal tool starts at CZK 5,000, a larger system at CZK 149,000, because these are not comparable things. Mobile applications start at CZK 199,000. We provide a specific amount once we know what the project should do.
Pricing for projects and operations- Who manages the content after handover?
Client. Everything is managed through the administration at cms.sitely.cz, where the client handles the content independently and simultaneously views their website's traffic. Integration with Search Console, Analytics, Google Ads, and Facebook Ads is part of this administration. Publishing or making changes requires just a click in the administration, not a new website version.
- What remains up to you?
Operation. Hosting, domain, and certificate from CZK 290 per month, database and daily backups from CZK 290 per month, mailing from CZK 190 per month, administration CZK 490 per month. It's a paid service, and the client selects only what they need. Everything together starts at CZK 1,290 per month.
- How is such a requirement reached?
It starts with a design. The design is drawn, presented, and revised repeatedly until it fits—review cycles are included at no extra cost, as long as the original brief remains unchanged, and we don't charge for them. Work begins only after the design has been approved. If the scope changes during the process, this is quoted separately, and the client is informed in advance.
- Can we have our existing website redesigned?
Yes, it's one of the two ways you can approach us. Just send the address of your current website and we'll take a look at it. We'll tell you what can be kept, what needs to be rebuilt, and what would be resolved by doing so. Only then do you decide.
